Called In and Ryan picked up, it was for some mold i had in my basement and was there two hours after we got off the phone. Let me know when he was on his way after from another place and was very helpful with the mold Inspection, and i was able to get it taken care of through them as well. This is the second time we have used their services. Both times they have done a fantastic job. Ryan Scharman the Manager is very courteous and respectful. Every step was explained to us. All the employees worked very hard and also did a great job at cleaning up the mess. Western Disaster was out very quickly when we had a flange on a pipe fail and start leaking. Our plumbing company Whipple asked them to come out. The company the insurance company recommended did not show up for nearly 2 hours later. Western Disaster had a crew of 5 for the water mitigation and had set up in less than 3 hours. They even moved all our furniture into the garage. They were very good at answering our questions and staying in contact as needed. Prompt, punctual and courteous. Highly recommended for water mitigation.

Western Disaster Clean up made our awful experience so much better. We were out one Friday night and came home to a water puddle like noise we could hear coming from our basement. My husband went down to see what it was, to see our basement had a foot of water and to see all of our finished basement be ruined. We didn't know what to do but to get online and start searching who to even call about such a situation. After calling a bunch of so called "24/7" services that never answered , Luckily the guys over at Western did. They came out right away and were easy to work with . Pretty much they came in and took care of everything with the insurance and they took care of all the demo work needed and ventilating out all the moisture in our basement . Would highly recommend.
